Linda Lindsey, LPCC-S, LICDC-CS, CEAP

For the past 30 years, Linda has served as an employee assistance professional, with 24 of those years specializing as an internal health care employee assistance professional. She is a trained and qualifed DOT Substance Abuse Professional and a certified employee assistance professional, with extensive experience in providing human resource training and consultation in various corporate, industrial and health care settings. She is skilled in addressing critical topics such as drug and alcohol policy, family issues, supervisory skills, stress management, sexual harassment, diversity, and workplace violence prevention. Linda is the co-founder of a National Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) in Healthcare group dedicated to promoting innovation and best practices for industry leaders.

Lisa Patterson, Office Manager

Lisa brings 27 years of experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), excelling in roles ranging from her current role of office manager to liaison with company leaders and HR teams. Her expertise in creating company protocols, organizing training, and ensuring smooth communication makes her a trusted resource for both EAP and its partners. As office manager, Lisa keeps everything running seamlessly, ensuring reports are accurate and polished, and PowerPoint presentations shine with precision. She’s known for her keen eye for detail and her commitment to getting things right the first time. Outside of work, Lisa is a proud mother and grandmother who loves traveling, particularly to the peaceful mountains of Gatlinburg, Tennessee. With her blend of professionalism, warmth, and dedication, Lisa makes a positive impact wherever she goes.

Kevin Rigg, LPCC, LICDC, SAP, CEAP, CFRC

Kevin is a licensed independent clinical counselor and independent chemical dependency counselor. He is a certified employee assistance professional with more than 30 years of experience in EAP consultation and clinical counseling. He is also a trained and qualifed DOT Substance Abuse Professional. Kevin provides consultation in corporate, industrial, municipal and health care settings. He has received formal training in the Mitchell Model of Crisis Intervention Management and is a trained facilitator of the Mindfulness in Motion program, developed by The Ohio State University.

Christopher Tafelski, LPCC, CEAP, CFRC

Christopher’s expertise encompasses a wide array of areas, his areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, marital and relationship therapy, leadership coaching, post-traumatic stress, stress management, and grief counseling. His career spans over 25 years in various management and leadership roles (including HR), overseeing teams ranging from six to 120 individuals. Over the course of his professional journey, he has worked in employee assistance programs for the past 10 years. Christopher has obtained his certified employee assistance professional certification, and his Prolonged Exposure for Primary Care (PE-C) certification, acquired through the Veterans Administration (VA).

Jeff Vogel, LPCC-S, CEAP, CFRC

Jeff is the director of ProMedica Employee Assistance Program. He is a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC-S) and certified employee assistance professional (CEAP) with over 30 years of counseling experience. Jeff is trained in group crisis intervention by the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF). He is also an experienced trainer on a variety of mental health and employee assistance program related topics. Lastly, Jeff has spent the last 24 years passionately promoting EAP services by providing community presentations, serving as the Treasurer of the Greater Toledo Employee Assistance Professionals Association and is active on Employee Assistance Professionals Association and EAPs in Healthcare national support calls.

Theresa Zugo, LISW-S, CEAP, CFRC

Theresa specializes in counseling and care management, offering her expertise to those with mental health issues and substance use disorders. Her primary focus is supporting employees and their family members with personal and work-related obstacles, including stress, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, relationship difficulties, and serious medical conditions impacting employees and their family members. Theresa's counseling approach combines practicality and individualization, empowering clients to achieve meaningful, enduring transformations. She facilitates educational and training programs to enhance coping skills, foster improved communication, and promote overall well-being.

Kim Almeida, Patient Service Coordinator

Kim serves as the primary liaison for both new and existing clients accessing services through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). With over 20 years of dedicated experience in EAP administrative support, she possesses extensive expertise in EAP best practices, policies, and procedures. Known for her commitment to professional yet empathetic communication, Kim excels at ensuring clients are promptly connected to the resources and support they need. Her depth of knowledge and compassionate approach make her an invaluable asset in facilitating access to meaningful assistance.
