Our facility on the Wildwood Medical Center campus features a full-service imaging center and a second level exclusively dedicated to client comfort. We offer private client suites, a serenity space, fitness room and more.

Personal Concierge
When you arrive to Icaria, you’ll meet your personal concierge coordinator, who will serve as your tour guide throughout your visit. Your concierge will lead you throughout each step of your day and ensure that your needs are met.
Private Amenities
You will be assigned to your own private suite – a beautiful space with hospitality amenities, including a relaxing living space, quiet working area, and private restroom. Plus, you’ll have an attached exam room for convenient visits with your providers. Depending on the length of your visit and testing needs, you will receive a complimentary breakfast and/or lunch.
Personal Connection
Throughout your Icaria visit, you’ll experience high-quality personal connection and high-touch interaction. From the ProMedica provider who performs your physical exam to the exercise physiologist who consults with you on your fitness goals, you will be treated like Icaria’s only client.
Coordinated Care
At every visit, you’ll have 1:1 engagement with an Icaria ProMedica Physician, who will lead the full scope of your care journey with us. Whatever the outcome of your diagnostics or your personal health goals, our team of clinical experts are well connected to any specialty services you may need. You will never be left to navigate your health journey alone.
Before and After Your Visit
We want to make the most of your Icaria visit. To ensure that we have the most comprehensive view of your current health, we will capture your health history and health goals prior to your visit. You will also be asked to complete your comprehensive lab work ahead of time.
Depending on your service package, we may recommend additional pre-visit testing, as well as a post-visit follow-up for certain services.
