Kylie A. Study spent several years in scientific research at the University of Toledo where she obtained her master’s degree in Biomedical Science (M.Sc.). During this time, she started her own wellness journey and began looking into integrative and natural therapies to support her overall well-being. Her positive experiences with acupuncture and healthy living motivated her to pursue training at Pacific College of Health and Science in Chicago, Illinois. There she completed a master’s in traditional oriental medicine (MSTOM),became a nationally certified Diplomat of Oriental Medicine (Dipl.OM) and then obtained her licensure in acupuncture.
Natural wellness is Kylie’s passion, and she brings this, and her many years of experience in this field, to Icaria. She has worked in various settings including integrative medicine at a large health care system and believes in integrating natural wellness with traditional care. Kylie has experience working with various conditions including oncology support, women’s health, digestive health, well-being support and providing support for those living with chronic pain. She brings her extensive knowledge of acupuncture, wellness therapies, lifestyle modifications, and vitamins and supplements with her and is enthusiastic to incorporate these into the Icaria model.
