Roger Kruse, MD, is board-certified in family and sports medicine and brings extensive expertise in regenerative medicine. Using the advanced procedures and techniques of regenerative medicine, Dr. Kruse is able to improve the quality of life for many patients using minimally invasive and non-surgical approaches.
Nationally and internationally known for his leadership in sports medicine and musculoskeletal medicine, Dr. Kruse’s extensive resume includes serving as a team physician for three Olympic games (1994 Norway,1996 Atlanta and 1998 Japan). In 1998, he served as the head physician for the entire United States Olympic team. Dr. Kruse is the founder and program director of the University of Toledo Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship. Over 29 years, the program has successfully graduated over 73 sports medicine physicians who practice throughout the United States. As head physician for the University of Toledo, he oversees all 17 university sport teams and the care of all the athletes.
