Your Candidate Experience

We strive to provide an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish. Here are some milestones on our recruiting and hiring journey.

The Candidate Experience

1. Search Jobs and Apply Online

The journey starts when you apply to one of our open positions! All candidates must apply to be considered.

2. Application Review

Our recruiters review applications and contact qualified candidates. Recruiters may also contact you from a referral or a professional profile and reach out to you directly.

3. Recruiter Screen

Recruiters request a virtual or live initial screening with qualified candidates to learn more about your qualifications.

4. Interview

If you are selected to move to the next stage of the recruitment process, you will complete a virtual or in-person interview with hiring leaders.

5. Offer

Recruiters facilitate the job offer process and extend job offers on behalf of hiring teams, if selected for the role.

6. Pre-Employment and Onboarding

Our goal is a strong start for all new team members! The Talent Acquisition team guides candidates through our pre-employment process and collaborates with hiring managers and other ProMedica teams to facilitate an easy onboarding experience.
