Patient Service Coordinator

Our patient service coordinators (PSCs) are often the first team members patients see or speak with when they walk into a ProMedica physician office. PSCs are responsible for creating a positive and welcoming tone for the practice, and providing patients and visitors with an exceptional customer service experience. PSCs are integral to keeping our physician practices operating efficiently. They handle a variety of responsibilities, ranging from patient registration and check out, to maintaining schedules and assisting with patient follow-up activities. Words from Our Employees

ProMedica has been part of my life since 1994 when my mom started working at ProMedica. When I graduated with a medical office degree, ProMedica was the first place I wanted to apply. I have been with ProMedica for over eight years; the best part has been meeting new people and building friendships. ProMedica also has allowed my career to grow, but still be home with my kids.

Cecilia

Patient Service Coordinator

My favorite part about working for ProMedica is that every day is different. Each day you have a brand new interaction that is completely different from the day before. Being able to help my community and serve my hospital has given me great purpose in my life and I am thankful that I found a job at ProMedica Toledo Hospital and was able to grow and move up to where I am today.
