Most ProMedica bills can be paid online through ProMedica MyChart. Just sign in if you have an account or click "Pay Now" to pay as a guest.

Benefits of a MyChart Account

When you use MyChart as a guest, you will be able to check your balance and pay your bill. However, logging in to your MyChart account will give you access to more payment services. By logging in and selecting "Billing" from the menu at the top of the page, you can:

  • Pay your bill.
  • Check your balance.
  • Update insurance coverage.
  • See your billing summary.
  • Contact customer service.
  • Update your address.

In addition to paying online, you have options of for how to pay for most ProMedica services, including ProMedica Physicians and ProMedica hospital bills. You can also make payments in the following ways:

By mail: Send your payment with the detachable part of your billing statement. The address is listed on the statement.

You can reach us Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. – 7 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. We accept debit cards and Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards. We can also process checks by phone.

In person: You can make a payment in person at any of the hospitals where you received care.

What if I can’t pay my bill?


If you can't pay your bill, you may be able to receive free or low-cost health care services. Learn about your financial assistance options.

Can I find out how much my health care services will cost before I receive them?


We can provide a good-faith price estimate for the most common hospital tests and procedures at our facilities. Use our online price estimator to learn if you may need to apply for financial assistance.

How can I arrange to make payments?


The best way to make payment arrangements is to contact our customer service department at 844-373-0871. We can help you set up scheduled payments. Your payment can also be automatically taken out of your checking account or processed on a credit card.

I received multiple statements. Who should I call with questions?


Often you may need more than one professional service during treatment. If you're seen at the hospital, you may receive separate bills from a surgeon, physician, anesthesiologist, pathologist or radiologist. These are based on the services you need.

What if I lose my statement?


Call 844-373-0871 (Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Friday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.). We can send you a replacement statement or take your payment over the phone.
