Dawn M. Buskey is chief of ProMedica’s Acute Care division with 10 hospitals and ProMedica’s Acute Care Metro Region. She was formerly president of regional acute care - Michigan and president of ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital. Prior to these roles, Dawn was chief operating officer of ProMedica’s metro region hospitals – ProMedica Toledo, Flower, Wildwood Orthopaedic & Spine and Russell J. Ebeid Children’s Hospitals. She has over 30 years of health care leadership experience and served in several key executive leadership roles, including president of ProMedica Wildwood Orthopaedic and Spine Hospital and ProMedica Orthopaedic Institute, senior vice president of system marketing and strategy, chief operating officer at ProMedica Physicians and system vice president of physician services.
Dawn has a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus in health care from The University of Findlay and a bachelor’s degree in public health from The University of Toledo. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and currently the vice chair of the Ohio Children’s Hospital Association, Executive Committee and treasurer for the Hospital Council of NW Ohio.
