Floyd Chasse
Chief Human Resources Officer
Floyd Chasse is chief human resources officer for ProMedica, directing and overseeing the system's human resources operations. He has served more than 25 years in health system human resources and is well versed in developing and implementing impactful strategies to recruit, develop and engage employees in support of strategic organizational goals.
Chasse earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Southern Maine, and a Master of Science in Administration, Human Resources, from Central Michigan University. Additionally, Chasse is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and holds affiliations with the Society for Human Resource Management, The Human Resource Management Association of Mid-Michigan and the Michigan Healthcare Human Resources Association.
