Steve Sadowski is chief legal officer/general counsel for ProMedica and President of ProMedica Indemnity Corporation. He also serves as secretary of ProMedica and its subsidiary organizations. Other positions Sadowski has held at ProMedica include general counsel and deputy general counsel.
Sadowski earned his Bachelor of Science degree from John Carroll University and his Juris Doctor from The University of Toledo College of Law. He is currently a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Society of Ohio Healthcare Attorneys and the American Health Law Association.
