Fellows will always have the home-field advantage at Wildwood Medical Center, the campus that houses the University of Toledo Sports Medicine Fellowship. Wildwood is the center of ProMedica's stellar orthopaedic services and combines sports medicine, bone and joint care, physical medicine and rehabilitation and physical therapy.
The Wildwood campus houses doctors' offices and the Wildwood Orthopaedic and Spine Hospital. These facilities also feature ProMedica ForeverFit, a state-of-the-art athletic club that offers the full spectrum of health and wellness services. In addition to other benefits, our fellows receive a membership to ProMedica ForeverFit. As a fellow, you will be able to focus on your own fitness and well-being in a convenient location.
For sports medicine practitioners, Wildwood is the ideal facility - offering on-site support services including radiology, a full-service laboratory, physical therapy, a clinical pharmacist and clinical psychologist, as well as a procedure room for casting and minor surgery. A medical science/sports medicine library also provides convenient access to computer searches, inter-library loans and information about the most advanced treatments and technologies.
