ProMedica Nurse Residency Program is a competitive program available to newly graduated nurses or nurses with less than 12 months of direct nursing experience in an acute care setting. The application process is simple, so get started today!

Application Process

  • Download the program overview for more information about application dates and residency start dates.
  • Visit the careers page to search for nursing positions across the system.
    • NOTE: For the current RN Residency Program, search "RN residency," or download the program overview for application dates and residency start dates.
  • Complete an online application.
  • Submit a resume with two professional letters of recommendation.
    • NOTE: You do not need to have passed your NCLEX to apply. However, you will need to be licensed by the State of Ohio before the first day of the Residency.
  • Must be tobacco free.
  • Must agree to 18-month commitment following Residency completion.
