Your ProMedica Laboratories (PML) supply order has been received. Shipment should arrive within five business days.
By placing this order, you acknowledge that the provided supplies are used to ensure proper collection of specimens that will be processed by ProMedica Laboratories. Such supplies are to be used solely for specimens to be sent to PML. PML supplies are not to be used for procedures performed by the office (i.e. syringes/needles/alcohol swabs for injections) or for items for which reimbursement is included in the physician Medicare payment. If your office is billing for a procedure, PML supplies cannot be used for that procedure.
