With a focus on the connection between dietary health and community health, the Ebeid Center is dedicated to helping our community thrive, one person at a time. We provide programming that supports access to healthy food, nutritional education and job training, and gives people access to resources that empower them to take an active role in their health.
ProMedica Financial Opportunity Center
ProMedica is the first health system in the nation to operate a Financial Opportunity Center (FOC). The program, in collaboration with LISC, United Way and the Toledo Community Foundation, offers free financial coaching in a group and one-on-one setting to people of all zip codes and incomes. All FOC coaches are also trained in the Accenture career success curriculum to assist clients in achieving their employment goals.
