Medication Therapy Management in ProMedica Health and Wellness Center
ProMedica Pharmacy Medication Management - ProMedica Health and Wellness Center is comprised of specially trained clinical pharmacists and support staff that work closely with you and your provider to give you dedicated management of your medications. Together we will manage your medications by making sure you receive effective treatment, routine monitoring and ongoing education.
Our clinical pharmacists will answer any questions you may have about your medications, ensure safe medication use and provide education about your medications.
They can also assist with resolving any side effects you are experiencing, find cost-saving opportunities, discuss ways to help you remember to take your medications, help you stop smoking or lose weight and offer vaccine recommendations based on your age and medical history.
