Medical and Surgical Services
We provide a medical and surgical treatments for a wide range of conditions, including hearing loss and ear infections, nasal congestion, allergies and sinus infections, snoring and sleep apnea, recurrent tonsillitis, voice and swallowing disorders, neck masses, thyroid and parathyroid disorders, and salivary gland disorders.
In addition, we have special expertise in the management of cancers that involve the thyroid and salivary glands, the mouth, throat and voice box, and other cancers of the head and neck region.
Audiology Services
Our practice has four audiologists with onsite testing at our Sylvania, Maumee and Defiance locations. Our hearing aids, purchased through ProMedica, are serviced for the lifetime of the hearing aid, even years after the company service warranty has expired. This service is not often provided by hearing aid vendors, but it’s one of the ways we demonstrate our commitment to your health and well-being.

We treat a wide variety of ear, nose and throat conditions, as well as conditions that affect the related structures of the head and neck region. These include:
- Chronic sinusitis.
- Head and neck malignancies (growths).
- Sleep apnea.
- Allergies.
- Auricle/ear malformations.
- Hearing loss.
- Ear infections.
- Nasal congestion.
- Snoring.
- Recurrent tonsillitis.
- Voice and swallowing disorders.
- Thyroid and parathyroid disorders.
- Salivary gland disorder.
Procedures
Our care team is highly experienced with inpatient and outpatient procedures to address ENT conditions. We perform more than 140 surgical procedures each month. Our procedures include:
- Sinus surgery.
- Hyoid suspension, to stabilize the airway.
- Snoring injections.
- Sialoendoscopy, to diagnose and treat salivary glands.
- Eustachian tuboplasty.
- Cosmetic and functional rhinoplasty.
- Otoplasty (ear surgery).
- Balloon sinuplasty (an in-office procedure when appropriate).
- Botox and fillers.
- Cochlear implants.
- Mastoidectomy, to treat the mastoid bone behind the ear.
- Hearing aids.
Education & Programs
