If you would like more information about the Cullen Center or are interested in services for your child, please call us at 419-291-7919. For referrals, an initial phone intake will be completed to gather information about your concerns. Once the screening is complete, it is reviewed by our therapy team to determine the most appropriate next steps.
A therapist will contact you to gather additional information and schedule an orientation and assessment for your child. If other services are determined to be a better fit, the therapist will review those options with you.
