Hearing aids: When purchased through ProMedica, hearing aids are serviced for the lifetime of the hearing aid, even years after the company service warranty has expired. This is not a service provided by most hearing aid vendors.
Speech-language pathologists: Our two speech-language pathologists evaluate and treat patients with voice and swallowing disorders. This improves access to the services offered by a speech therapist and allows for improved communication between the speech therapist and your otolaryngologist. ProMedica ENT is the only otolaryngology practice in the Toledo metro region that employs speech pathologists.

We provide in-office care across a range of specialties. You'll have access to care for the full spectrum of ENT conditions and diseases, including:

Ear, audiology and neurotology procedures: This includes audiograms, ear wax removal, ear tube placement, trauma care, ear infection treatment, vertigo care, hearing care and the treatment of benign tumors and nerve pathway disorders.
Nose and sinus procedures: We can diagnose and treat smell disorders, polyps, nose bleeds, stuffy nose and nasal obstruction due to a deviated septum, balloon sinuplasty and tonsil abscesses. We also treat chronic nasal and sinus conditions and earaches.
Head and neck procedures: You can receive cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, biopsies, skin cancer removals, cyst and polyp removals and tonsillectomies.
