Emergency Center

As a Level IV Trauma Center, we provide emergency room (ER) care for life-threatening injuries and conditions. Patients of all ages have 24/7 access to experienced medical staff, including board-certified emergency medicine physicians.

The emergency room features 27 private exam and treatment rooms, including dedicated spaces designed to support the safety and needs of patients experiencing mental health emergencies.

As a designated certified Primary Stroke Center, the emergency center delivers evidence-based, high-quality care for stroke and heart attack patients when every minute matters.

Highly-Trained Emergency Care Team

Care teams include experienced physicians, nurses, and clinical professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality emergency care. Nurses maintain advanced certifications, including:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC).

Community-Based Emergency Care, 24/7

As part of the ProMedica system, we provide community-based emergency care 24/7 for acute treatment, stabilization and coordinated support — so you receive the right care at the right time.

When advanced or specialized care is needed, the ProMedica Transportation Network (air and mobile) is available for urgent transports to ProMedica Toledo Hospital.
