Cardiac Rehab

The cardiac rehab team at ProMedica Defiance Regional Hospital provides high-quality care to patients with a qualifying heart event or diagnosis. Cardiac rehab can reduce the risk of death and the chance of another heart-related event. To take advantage of this service, you must have a qualifying diagnosis and an order from your physician. 

Each visit lasts one hour and includes team-based, supervised exercise training, education on heart-healthy living and counseling on ways to improve your life following a cardiac event or diagnosis. 

ProMedica Defiance Regional Hospital - Cardiac Rehab is located in the medical office building on the ground floor across from the cardiology office.
