General Overview

ProMedica Pediatric Specialty Services makes it convenient to get expert, specialized care for children. We offer a wide range of services on the second floor of the Center for Health Services, close to ProMedica Russell J. Ebeid Children's Hospital. Our family-centered care gives families access to leading-edge treatments from compassionate care teams.

Services

Pediatric Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Our pediatric physiatrist and healthcare staff coordinator provide care for children with physical disabilities to diagnose, treat and educate. We help them reach their functional goals to improve their quality of life.

Pediatric Genetics

Our affiliated pediatric geneticist and support team, including genetic counselors and registered nurse coordinators, provide care for children to diagnose, treat and provide education on pediatric genetic disorders.

Pediatric Rheumatology

Our affiliated pediatric rheumatologist and support team, including a RN coordinator and social worker, provide care for children to diagnose, treat and provide education on pediatric rheumatology disorders.

Adult and Pediatric Muscular Dystrophy Center

Our physiatrists and pediatric neurologist work with the Muscular Dystrophy Association and multi-disciplinary team that includes an orthopaedist, registered nurse coordinator, social worker and physical and occupational therapist. Together, they diagnose, treat, educate and coordinate care for patients with muscular dystrophy diseases.

Pediatric Neurology Seizure Clinic

Our pediatric neurologist and registered nurse coordinator diagnose, treat and pediatric patients with neurological diseases, with a special focus on seizure disorders.

Pediatric Down Syndrome Clinic

Our pediatric developmental specialist and registered nurse coordinator provide care for children with Down syndrome. We coordinate their care and help them reach their functional goals with an emphasis on quality of life.

Pediatric Infectious Disease

Our affiliated team of infectious disease specialists, including a physician, advanced practice provider, and registered nurse coordinator, diagnose, treat and provide education on children's illnesses associated with infectious disease.
