The ROSE Program (Reach Out, Stay strong, Essentials for mothers of newborns) is a free program to help expecting mothers prepare for motherhood. Sessions are offered by ProMedica Monroe Regional and Charles and Virginia Hickman hospitals.
There are five sessions as part of the course (four prenatal and one postpartum). Weekly sessions are held virtually and in person at ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital and the Ebeid Center at Comstock in Adrian, Michigan.
