ProMedica Announces Executive Leadership Appointments

ProMedica is pleased to announce the appointments of three executives: Angela Brandt as chief administrative officer, ProMedica; Justin Skiver as president, ProMedica Senior Care, and Luke Pile as chief operating officer, ProMedica Senior Care. All three executives were promoted from within the organization and their new roles are effective immediately. Brandt and Skiver will report to Arturo Polizzi, president and CEO of ProMedica and Pile will report to Skiver.

"Angela, Justin and Luke are dynamic leaders with rich histories and deep expertise in health care," Polizzi said. "They are vital members of our strong leadership team and will provide valuable insight and guidance as we continue to build greater stability and sustainability throughout the organization."

Angela Brandt has been elevated from president, ProMedica Senior Care, to chief administrative officer of the health system. In this role, she will oversee the following departments: information technology, supply chain; strategy; marketing; external affairs, including government relations, foundations and social determinants of health; and process improvement. She will also serve as the lead for the operations and shared services council. Brandt previously served as president of ProMedica Physicians Group. She earned her bachelor's degree in health care administration from Kaplan University and an executive master's of business administration degree from Case Western Weatherhead School of Management. Brandt has served as an executive fellow of the Baldrige Foundation’s National Institute of Standards and Technology and a board member of the Baldrige Board of Overseers. Additionally, she is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Justin Skiver has been promoted to president, ProMedica Senior Care, and will become a member of the Executive Senior Team. He has served as Senior Care's chief financial officer and chief strategy officer since February 2022. Skiver earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration in finance and international business at Ohio University.

Luke Pile has been promoted from senior vice president, ProMedica skilled nursing, to chief operating officer, ProMedica Senior Care. A leader in health care for more than 10 years, Pile earned a bachelor of science degree in long-term care administration from York College and a master’s of health administration degree in health policy and administration from Pennsylvania State University.
