Adult Sickle Cell

The Adult Sickle Cell Clinic is located in ProMedica Conrad Jobst Tower on the 8th floor.

The clinic is designed to help coordinate and manage the care of the patient by using a multi-disciplinary approach.

Our staff at the clinic will:

• Coordinate appointments with specialists as ordered by our hematologist.
• Review and manage home medications along with the hematologist.
• Provide social services to assure any barriers to care are addressed.
• Address any concerns and support your needs.
• Provide maintenance infusion services along with intermittent infusions based on your needs.
• Triage appointments and coordinate your care under the direction of the hematologist.

Patients may be referred by their physician or a self-referral.
