Applications

Applications for the 2024-2025 year will be accepted beginning Fall 2023 using PhORCAS. All applicants must register for the Match-ASHP Resident Matching Program and submit an application through the PhORCAS website. The deadline for applications and all special requirements for acceptance is January 2.

Requirements for Application

  • Doctor of Pharmacy degree
  • Successful or anticipated completion of PGY1 ASHP-accredited Pharmacy Practice Residency prior to start date
  • Eligible to practice pharmacy in the state of Ohio and attain licensure no later than September 1st of the residency year
