Meet Our Current PGY2 Resident
Caroline Grant is the PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy resident at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. Caroline is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, where she completed her PGY1 residency at Franciscan Health Indianapolis. Caroline completed her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Purdue University in 2022 (Boiler Up!). Caroline pursued the PGY2 residency position at ProMedica because of her passion for serving critically ill patients and practicing evidence-based medicine. Currently, her professional interests include trauma and neurocritical care. Caroline’s research project this year is evaluating optimal dosing of intravenous methylprednisolone in critically ill patients with COPD exacerbations. Following completion of her PGY2 residency, Caroline hopes to pursue a career as a Critical Care Pharmacy Specialist. In her spare time, Caroline enjoys cooking, trying new ice cream shops, and running.
