ProMedica, a mission-based, not-for-profit health and well-being organization, is pleased to announce the opening of its newest Employee Assistance Program (EAP) office in Lima, Ohio. Employee Assistance Programs enable employers to provide their employees with tools and resources to address personal and professional challenges.

Services at the ProMedica EAP office include:

- Solution-focused counseling
- Case management Training
- Drug-free safety program consultation and training
- Management and supervisory consultation
- Critical incident stress management services
- 24-hour phone access
“The pandemic taught us many things, including the great need for mental health services, and many employers are searching for local options to offer their employees,” said Vogel. “According to a recent study, every one dollar spent on an EAP has a return on investment of $5.07.”
