As advisors and partners in your child’s care, parents, support persons or legal representatives are welcome at your child’s bedside 24 hours a day. ProMedica Russell J. Ebeid Children’s Hospital offers amenities for parents or legal representatives staying at the hospital, such as facilities and a lounge with coffee, vending machines and television. While family and guests help make your child’s hospital stay more pleasant and less stressful, rest is an important part of your child’s care. To ensure the safety of patients, parents, other visitors and staff, Russell J. Ebeid Children’s Hospital is locked at all times. All guests must check in at the information desk on the first floor to obtain a visitor badge.
Visitation cannot impede patient care; we may need to limit the number of visitors in the room at certain times due to patient condition and/or certain procedures. Please ask your nurse for specific visitation guidelines for your child.
Visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
