To make it easier to get treatment, we have multiple locations that provide services to the entire Toledo metro area, as well as southeast Michigan. This includes specialized programs for children, teens and adults at these ProMedica facilities:

• The Coping Center at ProMedica Defiance Regional Hospital: Adult inpatient psychiatric services. Added inpatient services include an intensive care unit, a general psychiatric unit and emergency evaluation.
• ProMedica Flower Hospital, a division of ProMedica Toledo Hospital: The largest adult inpatient psychiatric provider in the northwest Ohio area.
• ProMedica Coldwater Hospital: Inpatient psychiatric care in a stable environment.
• ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital: Inpatient services for adults.

• The Child and Adolescent Behavioral Medicine Program at ProMedica Russell J. Ebeid Children's Hospital: Inpatient care and for kids and teens; home to Children's Safe Harbor and The Cullen Center for children and families who have gone through emotional trauma.

Our multidisciplinary team of psychiatric specialists provides a full range of outpatient community counseling services for children, teens, adults and families including:

ProMedica Flower Hospital (a division of ProMedica Toledo Hospital) is home to the largest provider of inpatient psychiatric care in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan. Dual diagnosis treatment is an integrated approach for individuals experiencing both a mental health disorder (such as depression, PTSD, or anxiety) and substance use at the same time. This method addresses both conditions simultaneously, recognizing their interconnected nature, rather than treating each one separately. Sometimes, this is also referred to as co-occurring disorders treatment.
