Video Visits

ProMedica Physicians offers video visits in more than 30 specialties, as well as primary care, so you can receive high-quality care from the comfort of home. This virtual visit allows for real-time conversation and video with your current provider. If you and your doctor determine that a video visit is best for you, it will be through the MyChart app or website.

Scheduling Your Video Visit

1. Talk with your provider. Your ProMedica Physicians provider may offer you a MyChart Video Visit. If not, you may call your ProMedica Physicians provider to discuss the reason for your visit. They’ll make sure that an in-person appointment isn’t necessary and determine if a video visit is the best for you.

2. Check in for your visit online. You’ll need to complete registration online before your video visit. Log in to ProMedica MyChart up to two days before your appointment to complete this registration.

3. Have your appointment. For a video visit, log on to MyChart at least 15 minutes before your appointment time.
