ProMedica Physicians
In-Person New Patient Visit
Schedule an in-person appointment as a new patient with a ProMedica Physicians provider. Use the Provider Finder on our website and choose a New Patient appointment time.
In-Person Established Patient
If you are an established patient with a ProMedica Physicians provider, you can schedule your in-person visit online. Log into MyChart and select Schedule an Appointment under Your Menu to schedule.
MyChart Video Visit
You and your provider may determine that a video visit is best for you. Learn more about MyChart Video Visits or log in to MyChart to start your visit.
Urgent Care
Schedule an in-person appointment through MyChart for ProMedica Urgent Care locations, open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Urgent care services at ProMedica Toledo Hospital Emergency and Urgent Care in Maumee is open 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.; walk-in only.

Labs and Imaging
Whether you’re in need of a blood draw, urine test, mammogram or ultrasound, it’s easy to schedule your visit. Using MyChart, you can conveniently schedule from your desktop, tablet or smartphone. Walk-in patients are welcome, but reserving your spot will make registration smoother.
If you have a current order from a ProMedica provider, you will see a message for your order stating "Schedule an Appointment" in MyChart. All appointments that can be self-scheduled in MyChart will show as “Ready to Schedule.”
If you don’t have a current order from a ProMedica provider, you may still be able to schedule a lab appointment online. Log into MyChart, select “Your Menu” and “Schedule an Appointment.”
