With nearly 17,000 residents, Fremont is a charming small town, full of history and a great sense of pride. It offers seven colleges and universities that are within a short driving distance. Founded in 1918, ProMedica Memorial Hospital has served the health care needs of the Fremont, Ohio community for nearly 100 years. The hospital was founded by the family of President Rutherford B. Hayes. This 43-bed hospital provides full-service acute care and outpatient services.
The charming city of Fostoria has just under 13,000 residents. The city has a large public school system, as well as six school districts and seven colleges within a 50-mile radius.
